I was pleased with with the rapid repair of my vehicle. They called me the next morning after l dropped the car the day before and they advise me the car was ready. I arrived and paid my bill and they advised me car would be pulled right away. After waiting 50 minutes l asked where my car was at. Finally after another 10 minutes they finally brought my car out. Waiting an hour after paying my bill for my car, l'm no longer a happy customer. There was no follow up to make sure l received my car.

The last few times I’ve had to wait close to 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there on time (actually 5 minutes early). You state when I make my appointments “please be on time and if you’re running late let us know) the email and text message says the same thing, so it only seems fair that you should be on time. I understand things things happen, but like I said this is how it has been the last 2-3 times. My daughter brings her Escape there and she has been late to work because it took so long to get checked in.
Raymond did a good job, but I do have a suggestion, when the person that is going to handle you account comes over to your car and asks if this is my first time here, my thought is shouldn’t he have already looked at my paperwork?? Maybe you should ask how Ken Grody does their service center, I use to take my car there (that is where I bought it) I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I come to your shop because it is much closer.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm, arrived 30 minutes earlier. Still waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change. My car sat outside completed while I sat and waited & no one came to tell me it was ready. I had to go find someone to find out it was sitting there waiting for me. Then, I was told that there was a nail in my tire if I wanted fixed. Not sure why I wasn’t informed when they found it instead of waiting until it was just sitting there. Very dissatisfied & do not plan to go back.

Nate did an OUTSTANDING job in keeping me informed on what your Service department was doing on my CR-V. Despite the fact that my vehicle was in the Service department a while longer than first expected, Nate gave me constant updates and alternatives for taking me home should I not have wanted to have stayed any longer at the dealership.
Even though I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours more, it wasn’t too bad. The only thing I wish was better for as much time as I was there was better seating. I had a scheduled appointment. You would think that there was more available seating in your waiting area. I had to sit in a child’s seat in the children’s play area. That was the only downside.
