Last year fall my AC went out on my Honda Civic.
I only had 6000 miles on the car and was surprised to hear the problems. Mark the representative told us the part is on order and they will call me as soon as the part comes in.
Mark never contacted me once. I left several messages on his phone,but no reply. There was no follow up . I was being completely ignored and came in finally to find out myself what happened?
The part was in of course & you took care of it immediately. After 6 months of waiting. I do not call that good customer service and I cannot recommend you at this time to my friends.

I am not sure there is a way to reach a point where we would be satisfied as it was how we were treated by your service team as opposed to the service done. Your team member blamed understaffing and communication problems for the repeated untrue things he said to us. However the pattern of his false statements and how they were linked to shifting costs for our sunroof repair (in the end all we wanted to do was have it closed) point toward him trying to get us to pay for unnecessary services and/or overcharge us for the services already rendered.
