Great experience! Our car battery was completely dead, and as it was under warranty we needed a same day appointment to replace it. We were also due for a B123 service. They were able to accommodate us and take our vehicle same day. Our service provider, Joshua, kept us informed throughout the process and was very thorough. Very happy to have a working and fully serviced car.

I am very appreciative of Bryan Ortiz’s helpful and informative service. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to in regards to my problem with my Odyssey. I appreciate the fact that he called me to inform me of the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. He was nice to let me know the cost too. He called me let me know the van was ready and I appreciate him taking his time to do that.
My only complaint was that I had to wait about twenty minutes for someone to help me since Bryan was on lunch break. There were not enough service managers to help customers.
