I went it for an air condition issue. The passenger side blows both stronger and colder. I relayed this to my advisor. He had the car looked at and told me it was a user error and that I don’t know how to operate my ac unit in my car properly. It is 4 days later and I’m still having the air condition issue. This is unacceptable

my honda guy wasn’t helpful when it came to me picking up my car after hours. the representative I spoke to had a better resolution for me than he did. and when I went to pick up my car on 4/19/21 at approximately 8pm the receptionist was so unfriendly and unhelpful. a honda sales guy came out to help me and led me to the reception desk to ask for my keys and she didn’t even turn around to look at us when we came in. she didn’t even say anything when he asked if my keys were there, she just starred at her computer and nodded her head no. so unprofessional & rude
