I had an appointment and it still took two hours just to do an oil change and basic car inspection. I don’t understand why it takes the same amount of time do service the car even with appointment than it does without appointment. It is very inconvenient especially when you running short on time. I always make sure to be at the dealership half an hour before they open to be the first one and get in and get out as quick as possible and they still make me wait two hours just to do basic oil change. Besides the waiting period. The staff is good.
