My service advisor Juan Huezo estimated my car would be ready at 4:30 (dropped off vehicle at 12:15pm), he didn’t provide an update until I received a text at 5:23 notifying me my car was ready. I live in Montebello which is a 30-40 min drive with traffic, I arrived at the service center a few minutes past 6pm. At that time the service center was closed and no one was there to assist me. Luckily one of the sales managers (Sal Rodríguez) was able to assist me and made sure I was able to receive my car.
