Great service but I think it took a little longer than it should have. And when I got there they didn't realize that I have paid for complete service. He had to look it up on his phone. I was not happy that i was first told that it was going to cost me $80.

Just think of paying $82,25 for oil change and filter is too much, specially comparing with Toyota or any other Japanese manufacturer for a 10K miles service.
Actually, my husband own a Toyota Highlander, and did not pay for a service in the first 2 years!!!

I went in on Saturday with an issue with my car. Unfortunately they were backed up and not taking walk ins. But they gave me the option of leaving my car and they would work on it Monday. i did appriciate that theylooked at problem and got me back out the door quickly and alex was very good thanks but the door was not all the way put back together i dont mind that i have to come back when they get my part in but i dont have a trim piece and i dont want them to loose it just concerned of that.
