I arrived for my appt at 11:40.. Proceeded inside and was told to wait outside by my car. 20 minutes past and nobody approached, acknowledged or cared to assist me. I then went in to ask to speak with service manager. He took care of it immediately.. I was told 1.5 hour wait when i arrived but manager told me 30min to complete recall. Staff is slow and rude.. Manager good dude..
A customer makes appts for a reason... To get serviced within a timely matter.if i didnt take the matter into my owm hands who knows how much longer i sit there..
