New front brakes were installed ever since when I stopped on red light or stop sign it makes a grinding noise. I called the advisor left two message nonresponse then I made an appointment and I dropped the car. I was told the car is ready for pickup and in the paper work it was stated that no noise is coming out. So basically they are saying I am hearing things or lying about the noise I am hearing. I called again and left the message again. I clearly explained that you have to test drive few minutes in order to hear this noise. Something is not right with front break if something happened.

After leaving my car overnight we found out the next day that the wrong part had been ordered. After losing the use of my car for a day I had to bring it back in after the correct part arrived. I realize these things happen, but in this case if they realized the trim package I had, then this probably would not have happened.

I did not get the help I expected my car still has issues and i think since warranty expired the dealer did not want to do much thinking i am not going to pay out of my pocket which I did pay for the maintenance on the injectors and that did not solve the issue my car was there 3 days and for nothing customer service is not the same as before i used to recommend this dealer to my friends and family and i have been coming to tjis dealer for the past 6 years and i am really upset this time with the experience.
