I asked for a complementary oil change to make up for the inconvenience of having to bring my car in 2 times for two different recalls on my vehicle.in the past two months. I was turned down for the oil changes. I was called and told that my air conditioner was leaking and needed to be replaced. I gave the ok and it was repaired under warranty, but when I picked up the vehicle the invoice said that I complained that the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. That is not true. I understand that this is a petty argument but I feel that a complementary oil change wasn’t too much to ask for considering the circumstances.
