The overall service and experience of the norm Reeves Honda west Covina is always exceptional. I usually come to this store for proper care and services instead of my previous dealership. I was taken back a bit when I walked back to my car to find that it wasn't washed just as previous visits I've had. Was there a change in the policy or service? I guess I might be expecting too much, but overall the service is still amazing and Carlos did an excellent job handling my inquiries.
