My experience with Anthony Sanchez was unsatisfactory. When I asked if the multipoint inspection included brakes I was told it did not and that I’d have to pay $89.99 for brake inspection. I later found out from the service coordinator that even though a detailed brake inspection is not included, a visual inspection is. But Anthony did not mention anything about a visual inspection.
Also, when my car was ready and I went to Anthony’s window to pay he was outside with another customer and I waited which is fine but then he came in with the customer, took my payment and when I had additional questions about the future service recommendations, he told me to wait until he helps the customer he brought in. I think he should’ve finished with me before taking the next customer as I wasn’t done yet.
In addition, I later noticed that my Multipoint Inspection report was incomplete and Anthony did not cover it with me when I was with him. Had he gone through it with me he snd I both would’ve noticed it was incomplete.
Based on the above, I was very dissatisfied with my service experience today.
