I arrived at 7:25 and left at 12:10 this is the longest wait I ever waited on this dealership and when I got to my car, I noticed all the trash that the mechanics left behind on my car. I have pictures. I’m not planning on coming back, I rather go somewhere else.

Gabby the service technician was very pleasant,courteous, prompt and professional. If she hadn't had those qualities, the $723 service bill would have been more difficult to fathom. So her demeanor, and informed explanation was effective at softening the blow of the $700 plus bill. The other techs who directed me where to park and who drove my car to me when the service was completed were equally pleasant and professional. Only complaint I have is that the outside waiting area (round metal table) adjacent to car lot is filthy and unkept. Lots of cigarette butts and spilt coffee. With the covid, I preferred to sit outside with my laptop. I was surprised how dirty the area was at 7:30 a.m which means it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hope it gets cleaned up soon...it's an eyesore!
