The service was ok, but I paid to diagnose a sound my car was making. I was told this would be applied towards fixing the subsequent problem, but then that it would not. This doesn’t make. Lot of sense, since I’ll be paying over 1200 to have the repair done, it would be great if you could at least apply the diagnosis fee toward the repair. Other dealers do this, and it seems like a reasonable practice to me.

We had a brief delay getting the AC problem diagnosed, but Brook and your department went above and beyond bringing me a loaner and getting the car from me here in Combine. Took a few days, but all in all a good experience.
