I had an appointment with Bryan Ortiz, and requested him when I got to the dealership, but for some odd reason Ricardo Badillo was the rep for me. I'm sure he's a nice guy and he was when he serviced my car but he doesn't know me like Bryan does. When I have an appointment with a specific person I expect to have that specific person help me not some random rep that doesn't know my car.

Everyone was great and the service was terrific, the only comment is that when we were picking up the car one of the guys came up to us and said next time be sure to ask for a wash, but that would have been nice to have been asked at the beginning if we wanted the car washed while it was there. We thought if anything it would be an automatic thing, but we weren't even asked.

Rafael was super nice, but getting took forever.. 45 minutes to even get to him and u had an appointment and only like 3 cars ahead of me... Never had such a slow process to just drop the car off.. Someone should just take ur info and you can go, instead of sitting waiting and waiting, literally like 6 people doing nothing but chit chatting.

The only concern I have is with the service technician(s). I got home and looked under my hood to find a clip and the cap to my washer fluid reservoir missing. To me, this is only done by rushing and the tech being concerned with quantity vs. quality care.
When I bring my vehicle to the dealer, I expect the utmost attention and care for my vehicle. I consider the dealer’s service department as the experts— those that should know everything about maintaining my Infiniti vehicle.
