I went there for some electrical problems but they said there couldn't fine the problem and if the problem happen again then bring it back. and it same problem happen again right next day. I want you inspect closely about electrical problem. this is wasting my time.

Norm Reeves Honda is very immoral company They scratched my car second time after service They showed me the screenshot of the scratch on my passenger side hood at 9:44am Thursday (7/1/2021) but I checked in at 8:43am same day so during this 59 min they left scratched on my hood and tried to avoid the responsibility by showing one hour delayed screenshot Their managers and employees are EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of over the phone They NEVER return customers calls nor respond unless customers physically go into the office and this is very time consuming for us VERY DISAPPOINTED

Initial buying process was good but from day 1 I have had problems with my infotainment console. I wasted 3 hours last Saturday waiting for service dept to fix and all they did was a master reset. The did not fix the issue. I was told by John the manager he would look into it and would call me back on Wednesday. I have not heard back. I called and left VM yesterday and have not heard back. I was told on Monday service dept would be contacted, I have not heard back. Protection pack was not fully installed on delivery and neither was the Karr alarm package. $4000 worth of add ons and somehow the responsibility was been put on me to get those things installed.
