Mark and the man he was working next to are too notch. They are terrific with Honda care and service. They also know cars and are enthusiasts (takes one to know one). And good with people - upfront and so far nothing hidden. You need to hire more people like them.

I'm a little dissatisfied on the dealership decision on Not washing customers cars if needed! My wife bought a Cadillac and had her vehicle serviced and car washed!
It's the little things that makes all the difference when it comes to servicing customers. I'm requesting the dealership to bring back washing back for customers! It's like the cherry on top on a ice cream sundae for a customers satisfaction

I think that when a car is being serviced, and that a scheduled appointment should be able to have the car finished at a timely manner. What bothers me is my car maintenance appointment was for a scheduled oil change. I was told it will need a tire rotation and will be done in about 5 hours... I called at 1 asking the status, and was told it will be done by 2. I have made plans to get things done, I only have 2 days off, and to find out upon arrival that the tire rotation was not done cause it wasn't necessary. I got the paper work telling me the oil change took only 30 mins and yet they took their sweet time not giving me an update that my car was done...especially since a tire rotation was not done. I had an uncle who told me a lot about cars, and told me an oil change should take no more than 30 mins tops, and tire rotation takes less than 5 hrs. Next time let us know when our car is really done, rather than telling me it'll take 5 hrs,when the exact time my car was done...should have been done atleast 2 hrs from the time I dropped it off at its schedules time.this is ridiculous cause I waited for my first oil change and I only had waited 45 mins... I'm very disappointed. It's not like the shop doesn't have the necessary tools, or I brought a beat up car that needs a lot of work...it was just an OIL CHANGE. THAT SHOULDN'T TAKE 4 TO 5 HRS

This was my 1st service (A) it took me a awhile to get there because it was Friday afternoon and the 4th of July weekend traffic was terrible , was running late , I called in , Christie was very understanding and accommodating , arrived 1/2hr late , checked in and then waited about 10 mins , then here comes Juan , he was so professional and real customer service representative ,
Took all the info down , explained all the details very well , then continued to detail out the timing , said will take about 1 to 11/2 hrs but maybe sooner .
But in reality It only took 1/2hour , I got this text and thought it was a mistake
This is service , to make this long story short, with all the stress of traffic and getting there late , it was worth the drive and Juan’s customer care service deserves ???? plus marks , his personality calmed my stress level
Again it was a great experience , thank you Honda for hiring service , care oriented personnel ,
