Here’s my story.
I took my car in for normal maintenance (oil and filter change). And I asked the service rep Ramiro could they tighten the trunk latch because is was very loose and he said no problem.
Well I was notified (saying that my car was done and washed, which was not the case because they told me earlier the car wash wasn’t working) 45 minutes later that my car was done (rather then the 1-1/2 hour estimates). So I was pleased with that. When I went to pick up my vehicle and Ramiro said they did the best with tightening the latch but there was the cable in the way. So I said ok that they did the best they could. Anyway after I got home I needed to get in the trunk and i noticed the latch was still very loose. So I thought I would take a look at it myself and undid all the latches on the trunk liner (there were a lot) and when I flipped a plastic piece covering the bolts, they were easily accessed so I tightened them myself with a wrench.
So I called and talked to Ramiro about the situation, he took my number and said he would talk to the manager and tech, and no one ever called me back on it.

The service was great, but was very disappointed with the Part department. I bought a petite purse Organizer, the price tag is $9.99, but I was charged for $13.27 after 10% off+ tax. I did not realize that it was over changed until get home. This incident wake me up and ask myself that should I trust your service in the future?
