Found out that some tubes and another part were damaged/moved while getting the coolant and brake fluid done. Causing more harm to the car.

Abrenz did his job well. The tech from previous work did not do his job well. That was the reason we had to bring the vehicle back. So much for fixed first visit. Also, the service manager promised he would write down the DPSM name for me and also promised he would give me the reason that our bumper is detaching from the vehicle. He did not do either so I need to reach out to American Honda myself to set the appointment with the DPSM to have our vehicle issues resolved.
