Poor communication set up. Phone calls to the service representative got either dropped or when it finally connected to the voice mailbox, the mailbox was not accepting any messages - VERY frustrating!!!

The next day my doors and trunk failed to open or lock again for 1hour.called Juan Mt service guy and he said ok well bring it back tomorrow. Reply why tomorrow he reply well when your able. Less than 24hours if fixing these issue with a recall, I have same problem.WOW!!!

Felt rushed. Felt like most was not explained well for each service, especially on the return call for approval of additional services.
I realize they’re all responsible for up selling, and quantifying things needed for additional services but explain the “why” it’s needed.
