Your request for my opinion of the employee represents, to me, a lack of trust by you in your employee. When I experience this lack of trust in an employee, it frankly makes me question why I should not lack trust in your organization. Better, in my opinion, to ask my impression of the overall quality of service provided and also then providing space for the following information in this order: 1. Are there any things you particularly liked about your interaction with our organization that you'd like to share with us? 2. What one thing would you think we might improve upon to make your interaction with us better? (Then believe me, if I want to judge your employee as part of my response, you will be the first to know. Holding your employees' feet to the fire as you're currently doing is not very impressive. It's like something you pulled out of a call center manual on how to track every second the employee is on a call instead of going to the restroom. No bueno! - Larry G

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I have never encountered the customer service that I experienced today. After waiting for about 25 minutes on the lane. Julie Canales came to my car and did not seem to be having a good day. I understand that we are human and have bad days but I did not appreciated. I was never told why I waited so long she just told me “how can I help” I told her I had an appointment for maintenance for my vehicle and she said “well it’s going to be 2 and a half hours” with an attitude. When at the counter there was a page I had to sign and she just slid it my way. Not explaining anything on the page or prices. I asked why was it 86.00 (or whatever the exact amount was) she replied with “well you wanted a tire rotation didn’t you?” I don’t appreciate the customer service especially when it’s not free and I spend a chunk of my day waiting. Very disappointing.
