Micheal was very friendly and professional, from the second we stepped inside. He answered all of our questions in depth and explained all of the services being done today. Throughout the day he texted us updates and called when my car was ready.

Waited over 2 hours for somebody to help me. My appointment was at 1:20 pm and I did not get help till after 3:30 pm. That wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Why make appointments when they’re not going to respect time. I understand that they were short staffed but why take appointments if they are already over booked.
