I was told my phone port was probably dirty and that my aux port was totally fine. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my phone and I understood that Monday was really busy, but I sent a video in to the phone number that had been communicating with me. The video shows that it has nothing to do with my phone and that it is the port that must be damaged. I’ll honestly probably just go to a different body shop to fix it.

My daughter brought the car in for service because the battery had died after 1 1/2 years. I am quite disappointed because I was charged $194 for the new battery because “I already received a free battery.” I am wondering why a NEW battery would wear out that fast? My car is a 2017 and I have about 10,000 miles on it. Is it possible that the last one was a repurposed one? I await your reply. Thank you Irene F

I asked to checked the right tail or brake light but i was told that nothing is busted… unless the light worked fine during the inspection and just acted up again but the light is not working. It’s not easy to go schedule let alone wait. Frustrated yet again. But the service was faster for the first time.
