I did not notice until I left but the technician working on my vehicle forgot some of the valve stem caps for my tires. I have previously had issue with one of my oil changes at norm reeves result in my lower engine cover fall off on the freeway because it was unsecured by another technician which costed me ~$200 at a local shop to repair. Overall, I had a problem with the technicians but not the sales representatives.
