The key for my wheels was damage one of my metal air valve caps was not put back. I had purchase it separately because it is customize. Please document that I will be going to the dealer to make a complaint. I want my locks and key for the tires to be replaced. Since it was damage

Hi there! We received great service from your honda rep Joseph Vargas like always. we had made an appointment to service our vehicle there thinking we would be dispatched a bit faster so we arrived at the service car line early at approximately 12:45pm then our scheduled time that was at 1:20pm but still the wait was waaay too long. We received our vehicle at 3:45pm and thats without the complimentary car wash. customers expect expedited service when you make an appointment, we understand that sometimes you can not foresee car issues but to be a responsible person and make an appointment and still have to almost wait three hours thats ridiculous for a reputable dealer.
