The only complaint I have is the time management. My appointment was at 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:58pm, and I was checked in at 3:04pm. The representative arrived at my vehicle at 3:50pm. My car was driven off at 4:09pm. My vehicle was completed at 5:19pm. In the past (before COVID), when I arrived without an appointment, the service was faster!

Vehicle had to stay another day due to loud noise on startup. It ended up being a problem related to a gasket related to the recall repair. Noise was super loud and should have been noticed when vehicle was moved
