Arbenz took the time to explain the backorders of the 3 parts needed to repair my 2020 Honda Odyssey van in a calm and professional manner despite me being somewhat frustrated. He offered his business card and said I can email him to check status of the parts, something which made me feel he cares about providing a high level of customer service. While I wish there were not so many issues on a newer vehicle, Arbenz understood ny frustration and made me feel less upset. And on top od that he had my vehicle serviced timely and explained in detail the results of the inspection conducted. He is an asset to your dealership.

My vehicle was taken in for a Tire issue and adhesive on navigation screen and was told it would be 2 hours. We purchased a tire due to a nail that was noticed so the Tire was installed. It took 61/2 hrs for service. The navigation issue was not seen until we arrived to pick up vehicle we pointed out the area on the screen to the manager
