On a different note, I do wish they would run my car through the wash. I bring it to a dealer for the aforementioned higher level of service and would like to see that. Might be my fault for not asking though.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. None of my fluids were topped off (brake fluid was low and windshield wiper fluid empty). The front passenger side tire appears to have been switched with the front drivers side tire and I didn't even get the next service reminder label on my windshield.

I heard someone complain without merrit but clearly that person was having a bad day and our driver assured them getting to their car was priority after they dropped me off since we were headed that way. I bought my car used 3 days ago, from another Honda dealership in the vicinity. And let’s just say they made me absolutely buy something that was an optional addition to the car. But they kept on making it seem that I have to buy it with the car no matter what if I wanted the car. I should have walked away then but I didn’t now I’m paying extra for a security feature I didn’t even want. And then I found out I had to do a system update on the car. And I talked to a different Honda dealership in the area. They told me that just to inspect my vehicle it would be 180 dollars even though I told them I just need a system update on the infotainment system and that I had the manufacturers warranty on it. I don’t know if it was just a personnel that was untrained or what. So I rescheduled my appointment with Norm Reeves Honda. And the level of customer service and clarity that I got from this store was beyond my expectations. They were all a great help and kept me updated through the process of my car being ready. I just want to say thank you to them for helping me with this easy task and not saying that they might have to charge me 180 just for an inspection of the vehicle. I will be coming back to this store and I don’t think I’m going to concern myself with any other Honda except norm reeves Honda
