It took 2 and a half hours for an oil change and that’s with a appointment!. I had 2 small children with me a 1?year old and a 5 year old. I was tired and frustrated and so was the kids. Also very poor customer service. The service tech ignored us until I got loud and upset. I asked if I could go in the back to get my car, forget the wash. He finally contacted tech to bring my car after he helped others that came into his line after I expressed we were ready to go.this was the worst service I ever received.
