I brought my Honda in because my A/C was broken. I had taken it in before and I assumed it was that same issue as before and would be covered by the extended warranty. However, today i learnt that it was a different issue. That itself I can’t control and I understand that the people that helped me today had no control of that either. I just felt that even though it wasn’t part of the extended warranty I still feel I shouldn’t be charged for the diagnostic. it would have been nice to have been accommodated especially since this has inconvenienced me in the past. If it weren’t for the premise that the condenser could have been the issue, I wouldn’t have taken it to the dealership mainly because I could have my friends who are mechanics do it for a lot cheaper and buy the part my self. Instead of for $1829.00. I thought Honda would be more understanding seeing as how I’ve been inconvenienced in the past and am a loyal customer and never been delinquent always pay my bills. If somebody could look into this and help me get refunded for the $89 diagnostic as well as for the rental car today that would be awesome and I’d be forever grateful. Thank you so much it will be nice to speak with somebody

It was frustrating to make an appointment for a recall, take it in several days later at 7:30 am, then be told at 11:00 am they didn’t have parts. They offered a rental car from Enterprise but the last 2x I did that it was a nightmare-didn’t have an appropriate car, an hour to get the rental, etc. I also can’t believe they still aren’t washing cars in for service, come on, how long is the pandemic excuse going to continue?

I was quoted one price which is the normal 79.99 oil change for my fusion hybrid which is the price I normally pay and then when I went to pay the service person tells me oh the price is higher due to the synthetic oil for the hybrid. My car only goes to that Ford dealership for oil changes and some other service. I usually get help from another person and have always been given the 79.99 oil change price I have never paid over 100.00 for an oil change. So I am not happy with Tim’s service. He should have noticed that the car was a hybrid in the first place as all my major service has been done at your dealership.
