When I dropped off the vehicle I already informed that my car was was dead since last service and I was told that they would check the battery status. When I pick up the vehicle and they said everything was ok. When I try to start the car and it couldn’t start again. It’s very funny that my car was dead in the dealership just after service.

I wish they would speed the process up by being more efficient. For an oil change I left the truck at 9am. I was number 3. I called at 1 and they told me a couple of things needed replacement. I need my vehicle promptly or my options given. As a matter of fact if they would have called earlier I would have gotten more done.

As a customer taking their vehicle to receive service, a long wait time is expected. The wait time was verbally stated to be 1-2 hours long, but a 4-hour wait is quite exaggerated. I had to follow up with staff after 3 hours and staff stated it would be ready in a few minutes . So I payed for the service and it still 40 minutes to have my vehicle. I was told by staff that the service would be complimentary due to long wait time . I did receive my money back. Yet , that did not change the experience . Hope the next car service can go smooth .
