Took vehicle in and ask for oil change and tire rotation and we had to pay for this when done . Picked up van in a hour from them texting us telling us our van was done . Paid 69.00 dollars for the service and we lefted to go home . We stop on our way back home to shop and then my husband discovers our tires we’re not rotated at all and then it made us worry that the oil may have never been changed at all . So my husband told me it’s 4:30 pm let’s go back to Norm Reeves Port Charlotte Honda . We returned to Honda our service advisor was already gone but someone else was there and we had to wait again to get tires rotated and for them to check the oil and then got our van done but this should have never happen to us and we have complained about or transmission from day one of us buying the van and no one has ever done anything about this problem either. This makes me and our husband think that they are not working on our van at all . Samual was excellent. I give him a 10 out if 10. The bad part is… the problem I have should not be happening. It’s a sad time when you buy a new car and it can’t pass a smog check. I’ve been randomly driving around and doing all kinds of driving manœuvres to hit the mark so I get the golden ticket, yay you passed the SMOG test. You only had to spend a tank and a 1/2 of wasted gas speeding up, coasting, revving the Engine, “just keep driving” is what I’m told. Oh, sorry it didn’t work, drive some more. We don’t know what’s happening. It’s the computer that has to say “It’s Ready” This makes me hate my new car. Yes I’m mad. I want to love my car like I did my Element.

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. When I arrive it was it approximately 10 cars ahead of me. I asked the service rep if everyone ahead of me had an appointment. He said yes. I requested to speak with the Service Manager. When the Service Manager arrive I told my concern. He apologized and said people arrive either early or late for their appointment. He took my car ahead of others. Something needs to be done for those who arrive on time for their appointments without dealing with management.
