Mitchell was great. His manager initially refused to honor a coupon I had for a free oil change that I was entitled to. I had to speak with her directly and she finally acknowledged the coupon would be honored, but told Mitchell to note the file that no further coupons would be honored. Very unprofessional and typical car dealership ****. She behaved as if I was trying to rip off Honda. She left a very bad impression and has no business as a Honda manager. Very bad customer service. Especially towards someone whose lease is coming due in six months. I didn’t get her name, but Mitchell could tell you.
