Robert, was attentive and listen to my concerns regarding my visit and other questions in regard my Honda CRV, first he contacted me and explain the services and time tables to be perform, as per his estimate the car was finish on time as promised and when we pick it up, he was theral in details of the service and answer all other questions that i had.
