The customer service that Samuel Romero provided was excellent. Both Samuel and the Manger were helpful and willing to take the extra step to assist me with the issue that I have had with the vehicle since purchase. The manager was very understanding and provided me with great customer service. Willing to listen and I felt that both were there to help . It was a great experience versus the experience I have encountered at other honda Locations.
