The service writer was very good however we have a problem with the warranty. There should be no deductible $50. I showed the service writer the original contract and there was no deductible marked as was agreed to at time of purchase. I had to pay in order to release my vehicle witch I strongly objected to I asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found. This should not be a difficult discussion for Hyundai to make. I would except a answer by end of day tomorrow one way or the other so I will know how to proceed hopefully I will be refunded the $50 and then we can continue doing business as before

Lilly and Konstantin were wonderful in assisting us and making sure we were satisfied with our service. They went above and beyond our expectations to provide a solution. However the 2 service representatives (Viviana & especially Service Manager(name unknown)) that greeted us before them were impolite in addressing our concern saying that a clearly abnormal and strange part defect on a brand new car was “normal” and they didn’t make any attempt or effort to provide a solution. Konstantin addressed the Service Manager(?) in order to resolve the situation but the Service Manager(?) instead complained about us and our situation in front of us and other customers.

I am disappointed with your new facility’s customer waiting area. The amenities offered is below the standards you had from the old facility. Very little privacy and minimal work station as I typically do some of my work while waiting for my vehicle. I understand how Covid has impacted your business but you have a premium product. Therefore offer premium amenities to your customers.
I live 35 miles from your dealership but wanted to stay loyal based on your service. I can easily take my car to an Infiniti dealer closer and convenient with premium amenities.
