I went in on 10/20 with one of my four AC vents not working and for an oil change. When I went to pick it up today on 10/21 after the diagnostic and assembly you guys did on it, now 2 AC vents are not working and I'm missing some buttons in the driver seat. I'm not sure if it was on purpose? Or if you guys might have done it by accident?. If you guys can please fix this.

Technicians were fine, and when I could actually get a hold of someone to talk to they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. That said it was much too difficult from the very start of my experience to after the end to actually talk to a human. The queue system you use for service check in is not intuitive, not well signed, and they few people who were all clearly overtasked did not greet me or help me figure it out. Once I lefy my car the system was clearly designed to try to automate the entire experience which was very frustrating. If I am going to spend 1000+ dollars on service I expect to have the opportunity to actually talk to someone to explain the work. At nopoint was I able to talk to either the texh who worked on my car or anyone familiar with the work being done. Due to my work hours it is very difficult for me to pick up a vehicle during store hours, so I needed to pay over the phone and pick up after hours. It took me 2 hours of repeat calls to get an actual person on the line rather than your frustrating answering system. I asked them to leave the keys in my van so I could pick it up and they said they would. I took my wife and 3 autistic children out to pick it up after 7pm to pick it up. The keys were not in the van which means I now need to find time to come out there again. .
