I have been a norms reeves customers for years and previous advisors have always been helpful and understanding. I brought in competitiors service coupon and they have always honor it except this time. I was given a obvious bs story about not accepting it and when asking for a complimentary car wash and was discouraged by advisors saying its a quick rinse and etc. very disappointing to say the least. Its not the $10 discount i wasn’t happy with but how i was treated like thief rather than a customer.
