There was absolutely no communication throughout most of the process despite my best efforts to call and text. It took a day longer than I was originally told and again there was no communication to let me know what was happing. I appreciate the work that was done to my vehicle but the service was an easy 0/10. Please work on how you communicate with your customers.

When I arrived at 9:15, I was told the service appointment would take about 2.5 hours. At 12:45, there had been no update and my service coordinator had gone to lunch. I needed to pick my son up from school at 1:15, so I had to cut the appointment short before a technician had a chance to repair the issue that caused me to schedule the appointment in the first place.
