Service was great but your scheduling coordinators were the worst I have ever experienced. I spoke to 2 different coordinators before I got fed up then called back and requested a supervisor who then scheduled me an appointment. The coordinators appeared not to have any concerns for customer satisfaction. Actually one of the ladies sarcastically let me know that only schedules so I advised her I did not want her help.
