Josue was very helpful. The service team was short on technicians the day of my appointment for an oil change and I was informed after dropping off my car that it was going to take a few extra hours for my car to be ready. Josue called me right away to let me know and offered me a free tire rotation due to the delay. I leased my Honda Civic Sport in December of 2020 and this was my first experience with the Honda service department. I appreciated that Josue was professional, informative and showed the proper customer service skills by offering me the free tire rotation. He seemed to care about the experience I had and did his best to make things better after I was informed of the delay.
