Nobody ever communicated with me that my car was ready. I had to go over there 15 minutes before closing time and ask them. The guys that helped me when I arrived were very helpful & professional, but the lack of communication during the day was frustrating

I came in with an appointment. I was promised a certain time. I texted Representative to get an update 20 minutes after my promised time and i got no response. I finally walked over to ask for an update (45 mins after promised time) and representative who initially helped me was no where to be found another rep helped and it seemed like my car was done and ready for quite sometime but no one cared to follow up with me. If I didn't walk up to get an update I would have been waiting longer. To wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment is kind of ridiculous in my opinion.

Lilly took care of me right away I text her and tell her that my lights were all flashing and if I can bring it in that day. I waited until they were able to evaluate what was wrong and she stayed on top of it. They need to order a part feel injection which is out of stock and she said she would follow up with me when the part comes in. Lilly stayed on top of it until I left and kept me updated as the day went on

The reason for this service encounter was that a previous recall service failed. Not a good thing. We broke down and had to be towed. But Mr Ortiz did a great job of getting us back on the road in the same afternoon.
