Brandon was great. My only suggestion would be to leave the car settings alone during service. There is no need to turn the lights from auto to off. There is no need to turn off cruise control.

Technician left bolts for door panel in door pocket. When I brought it to the attention of the service advisor (Juan) even though he called the tech right away I just felt his customer service was not up to the level it should have been considering I just paid $1600 for service (which is outrageous). I found the bolts on the driver side so I asked the service advisor why the tech was on the passenger side and the service advisor rudely told me that the tech was the one that did the work so he knows what he was doing and that he did not personally do the work. If the tech knew what he was doing then he wouldnt have left bolts out my car. I understand mistakes happen but I just don't feel like I received very good customer service. I also don't understand why they had to leave all my windows down, sunroof open, adjusted my seat and changed the settings on my dashboard.
