Danielle was great. Had to point out to the tech, that I had a pwr steering pump and my trans was not sealed. Prices extremely high. I won't be back. Will go to fort myers or avenue garage. It's your business to loose. Asked to get age of battery and I was told it was "fine". I've had enough.

The employee was great. I just didn't like the transparency with wait times when scheduling my appointment. When I scheduled it over the phone I was not told how long it would take but I did receive an email with the appointment information that said it would be 30 mins which I planned for but then when I arrived the employee told me it would take an hour and a half. By the way, I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment therefore it wasn't anything on my part.

Every time I go to your place it takes two hours longer than they told me. I always make sure to have an appointment when I go so why does it always take so long?
You guys have one Valley Porter for that space you call a valet area who mind you does not know how to keep track of who is next. He checked in to people that came after me and I alerted him to it and he continue to argue with me and then check in another person behind me. What kind of service is that? It took me one whole hour to be seen you can check when I was checked in and when I was checked out I got to that line 1010 this morning and was not seen until 11. I have bought two civics there and I continue to get **** service from your service consultants who do not know how to listen and also argue with you. It is so hard to get an appointment with you people I should not be antagonized for not having something in a service history when it’s so hard to get an appointment with you people if your service consultants don’t want to hear my side and know that I took it somewhere else for this or that then maybe you should train them more.
I have never had such a bad experience at a service center, even at no name places and Jiffy Lube, have never treated me so badly. It has been that way the last couple years and I will no longer put myself through this madness. You guys need to get a hold of your situation and if it’s because you’re short staffed then maybe you shouldn’t schedule so many appointments.
