Nate provided excellent service, this was the best experience I have had with norm reeves service center. I always go to the Cerritos branch but since I moved, Irvine center is closer and I opted to go here. Not only did Nate provide excellent service but he provided timely updates. I have excellent experience with Ramiro. He did a good job. The part that I’m disappointed is they scheduled a lot of people so the line is all the way by the street and told us the waiting is 4-6 hours. Plus the first guy that helped us just left and didn’t say one word and went to help someone. The guy that wearing white long sleeve I believe he’s the supervisor seems don’t care too. I’m talking to him while he’s walking. Poor costumer service.
