Carlos is fine once he got to my car. I have had services at multiple Honda dealerships, and never had a 15 minutes wait inside my car between arrival and getting checked in when I had scheduled an appointment at 2 and arrived early! I did not wait at the dealership, when I called the dealership at 3:25 to check if the car is ready, the lady on the phone said the estimated completion time is 3:45 but she can ask Carlos to call me back for update - I went there for an oil change and 1.5 hrs is still status unknown. I have had very good service at this dealership even just buying windshield wiper inserts, but I guess times have changed.

Came in early morning with no appointment to check on an AC glitch that occurred after a big engine service the week before. Ramiro was prompt and courteous. Messaged me hours earlier than expected that the problem was found, fixed and the car was ready, free of charge.
