I was 100% satisfied with the service to my car however, i was just a little confused about my appointment. I had originally scheduled at the time that I did because I needed something else checked on my car and I was told by the scheduler that It would be done. So when I mentioned it to the service consultant he said it would be 3-4 hour wait. Already to wait 2 hours is steep for the service to be done. Now I'm going to have to bring it back another day to get it done because i wasn't planning to be without a car for half a day. So maybe in the future you can let people know about how long it would take to plan accordingly to people's schedules. Thank you.
