Went in for a oil change because my sticker that they place previously miles said I was due turns out I didn't need the oil change so the lady said I need my filers change and wheel alinemen I asked them if they can put a fastener that fell out from the bumper they said yes ok fine she said it would take two hours ok fine turns out I waited over three hours and they didn't put in the fastener or did they Wash it
This is the second time they don't wash it Service is Horrible! Had my Appointment at 10:15 didn't get out till 1:25pm Why make an appointment?

In addition to the other services performed, I want to mention that after leaving with the new batter (EGM for 2018 Odyssey Elite), everything was working better immediately. The Auto Idle Stop worked great, and I didnt’ have ANY issues restarting my vehicle. I encourage your service folks to explore why the old battery tested as being good….it clearly was not. My background is in design engineering, and there is no question that the performance of that battery (the originial), had degraded WAY beyond the point where it could provide proper functionality. And, as I had mentioned to you a couple of times, there is ZERO information provided about the battery level, charging, status, etc., not even in the maintenance menu, and in my opinion this is a glaring deficiency by the Honda engineering/marketing team. My wife drives a 2017 Audi A6 Elite with similar auto idle stop features to my Odyssey, and Audi provides an “always on” icon for the battery to give at least some indication whether the car has been driven enough to keep the battery charged. Also, as I mentioned, only in the first year or so of owning the 2018 Ody did I ever see a warning message about the need to start the engine after using accessories on battery (mostly the radio) while parked with the engine off. In the last several months, as the battery continued to worsen, even to the point where I almost was not able to restart the engine, that message was not shown on my dashboard…which makes no sense at all. Anyway, the new battery meets all of my expectations…and it removes a big worry about being stranded with a dead battery.
