Thomas was very good. I felt that he knew what he was doing. He seemed to care and listen to what I said. He kept me informed throughout the day. And at the end of the day my car was finished the same day. It could only have been better if it had been run through for a wash. ????

I have always had excellent service at Norm Reeves. I felt today the service experience was no where near the excellent service I have received since your dealership opened. I called to ask approximately how long the service would take and was told one hour. I planned to wait at the dealership. Upon arrival I was told it would take about an hour and a half (not a huge deal) WHEN the technician was available to get the car in. It was estimated that it would be 2 hours before the technician could get the car in and then an hour and a half for the repair. It should be made very clear up front that is the policy. I was told today that the appointment time is the drop off time, not the time the car would be serviced. I have been to Norm Reeves several times and never been told that is the case.
