Hello, my engine light was on and I had auto zone diagnostic the problem and found it as P0325, engine knock sensor, I called your store on Saturday the 23 of October for a quote of this problem. I was quoted by service was 355.99 for labor and 70.00 for sensor if needed and 22.00 for sub-wire. I decided to make a appointment for Monday 25. I arrived and was greeted by Matthew and explained why the engine light was on and I found (possible rodent in that location) I also told Matthew I had received a quote. Later that day I received call stating it will be 609.00 for labor and parts. I question Matthew on my pick up call about the pricing discrepancy and he didn’t know why until he looked at the notes. To me it looks I should have be charged 335.88 labor and 22.03 parts = 357.91 +tax. I’m not happy with the final charge of 449.57. I believe you should honor your quotes and the reimbursement is due.

MR Mendoza should have been more kindly explainning concerns of issues of my car. I didn't go to Honda dealer for being treated just giving me that I have to spend lots of money on my car. Mr Mendoza wasn't good mood and has irritating personality. I want to see the welcome environment of Norm Reeves. Hopely Mr Mendoza remember always he is dealing with customers with their car issues. I need someone with willing to help. Not just doing their job!

Every time I go to Honda, I always experience great service. This particular visit, I was introduced to Steve Mendoza and he topped all of my visits. I made an appt for Sat morning at 8:45 am hoping that I might be able to her the car back on the same day. At check in I explained the two issues I was having. I got a call back at 3:04 pm telling me they had now diagnosed one of the problems, and that I needed new tires to fix the second problem. I can’t imagine that it took 6 hours to diagnose the problem. I was told fixing the one problem was a big job and the car would need to be kept until Monday. I got a call at 11:22 on Monday asking what tires I wanted, and was told that the job would now not be done by end of day Monday. I texted Tuesday morning and was told the car would be ready by the end of day Tuesday. Then I got a call at 2:35 pm on Tuesday saying that they had now diagnosed the second problem as being a defective right front wheel bearing which would be another $1800 to fix and the car would need to stay another day. I declined the additional service. The first service stayed 5.6 hours of labor and the new tires showed 1.2 hours of labor, yet it took from Saturday morning at 8:45 to Tuesday at 2:35 pm to fix the car. And I paid $800 for new tires and it didn’t even fix the problem. Raul was a nice guy - don’t think it was his fault, he apologized that the second issue wasn’t diagnosed until Tuesday afternoon. Very unsatisfied with my service experience overall. It shouldn’t have taken that long.

It was the only time I didn’t feel I was being treated with honesty. I just sort of intuited that I was being unnecessarily upsold on a battery (which was brand new and works fine) and and axle (which is worth getting repaired or a second opinion but it just felt off).
